국문 초록

본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동의 안전한 식이 전략을 모색하기 위해 수행되었으며, 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 식이를 향상시킬 수 있는 중재연구들의 결과를 객관적으로 규명하고자 통합적 문헌고찰로 진행한 방법론적 연구이다. 국내외 문헌을 검색하기 위해 pubmed, pro-quest, RISS를 활용하였고, “cerebral palsy”, “feeding difficulty”, “child intervention effect”로 검색하여 최종 8편의 연구를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 선정된 문헌 중에서 연구설계는 유사실험연구가 2편, 단일그룹 사전-사후 설계가 5편, 사례연구는 1편이었고, 총 실험군은 103명, 대조군은 52명이었다. 대상자의 평균 나이는 8.8세였다. 중재방법은 도구나 보조기 사용, 자세조정, 구강운동요법 등으로 나타났다. 결과변수로는 식이 과정(빨기, 씹기, 삼키기 등), 과도한 침흘림 예방, 흡인 예방, 입술과 혀의 운동성, 손 기능 등으로 나타났다. 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 식이전략으로 자세 교정, 도구나 보조기 사용 및 구강운동을 제안 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 효과가 예상되는 중재의 개발이 활성화 될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore safe and efficient dietary strategies for children with cerebral palsy and was conducted methodological study with an integrated literature review to objectively identify the results of intervention studies that could improve diet for children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Pubmed, Pro-quest, and RISS were used to search domestic and foreign literature, and “cerebral palsy”, “feeding difficulty”, and “child intervention effect” were used as a search terms. The final 8 studies were analyzed. Results: The study results showed that among the selected literature, the research design was 2 quasi-experimental studies, 5 pre-post designs of a single group, and 1 case study. The average age of the subjects was 8.8 years old. Interventions were shown by the use of tools or aids, postural coordination, oral exercise, etc. Independent variables included feeding process (e.g., sucking, chewing, swallowing, etc.), prevention of excessive saliva, prevention of inhalation, motility of lips and tongue, and hand function. Conclusion: It seems possible to suggest postural correction, use of tools or aids and oral exercise as a dietary strategy for children with cerebral palsy, and the development of intervention that is expected to be effective needs to be activated.
