국문 초록

이글은 전쟁의 세계구성력이라는 관점에서 근대 한반도에서 일어난 전쟁문화중 군인동원문화를 다루는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국민개병제에 의한 군인동원이 시작되었던 아시아-태평양전쟁과 한국전쟁 시기로 되돌아가 그 시점에서 군인동원과 관련된 문화가 어떻게 작동하고 있었는가를 알아보기로 한다. 이글의 전제는 역사적으로 한반도가 국민개병제가 거의 필요없는 평화지대였 다는 것이다. 따라서 국민개병제에 의한 근대적 징집 제도가 시작되던 아시아-태 평양 전쟁과 한국전쟁 시기 한반도인들은 그것을 매우 신기한 일로 받아들였다는 것이다. 이를 자연스러운 것으로 강제하기 위해 일제는 오랜 기간 힘을 기울였다. 그것은 근대 군국주의 국가가 총력을 기울인 것이었으며 그만큼 교묘하고도 폭력적인 것이었다. 한국전쟁과 그 이후 벌어진 휴전체제하에서 역대 정권은 이를 이어받아 군인동원을 진행해왔다. 하지만 이에 대한 적극적이고 전면적인 거부 행위가 군대기피 형태로 계속 이어져오기도 했다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to deal with the military mobilization culture among the war culture that took place on the modern Korean Peninsula. To this end, we will return to the era of the Asia-Pacific War and the Korean War, when the mobilization of soldiers was initiated by the National Rehabilitation System, and learn how the culture related to the mobilization of soldiers was working at that point. The premise of this paper is that the Korean Peninsula has historically been a peace zone with little need for a national rehabilitation system. Thus, during the Asia-Pacific War and the Korean War, when the modern rehabilitation system was launched, the Korean people took it as a novelty. In order to force this to be natural, the Japanese worked hard for a long time. It was an all-out effort by the modern militarist state, and it was just as subtle and violent. Under the Korean War and the subsequent armistice, previous administrations took over and mobilized soldiers. However, active and all-out rejection has continued in the form of military rejection.
