국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 주민참여 행태를 바탕으로 참여요인의 참여기능에 따른 주민참여가 공동주택 주거만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구방법은 법･제도적 방법에 설문지를 이용한 통계적 방법을 가미하여 병용하였다. 연구결과를 종합하여 주민참여증진과 주거만족 방법론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여증진을 위해서 참여유형에 관계없이 부녀회 등 비공식조직을 통한 주민의 자발적 참여가 중요하다. 둘째, 주민들에게 공동체 참여에 대한 확실한 동기부여가 필요하다. 셋째, 주거만족을 위해 주민참여를 통한 정주의식 고취가 필요하다. 넷째, 현대와 미래사회의 변화특성에 어울리는 주거만족을 위해 주민의 공동체의식 제고가 필요하다. 다섯째, 주거만족을 위해서 공공성 강화와 민･관･산･학의 협력적 거버넌스 구축으로 주민통합이 필요하다. 여섯째, 참여증진과 주거만족을 위해 가장 중요한 것은 주민들의 적극적인 참여 의지와 참여실천이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of resident participation on apartment housing satisfaction according to the function of the participation factor based on the form of resident participation. In the research method, the statistical method using the questionnaire research was employed as well as the legal and institutional method. Based on the findings of this study, this study presented the following methodology for promotion of resident participation and residential satisfaction: First, it is important that apartment dwellers should have voluntary participation through inofficial organizations such as women s meeting regardless of the form of participation for its promotion. Second, it is necessary to motivate apartment dwellers to participate in the community. Third, it is necessary to enhance dwellers settlement consciousness through their participation to have residential satisfaction. Fourth, it is necessary to enhance apartment dwellers community consciousness by revitalizing the Dure affection culture to enable them to have residential satisfaction suited to the characteristic of changes in the present and future society. Fifth, it is necessary to get apartment dwellers integrated by reinforcing publicity and construct the cooperative governance among the private, public, industrial and academic circles in order to enhance residential satisfaction. Sixth, what is the most important for promotion of dwellers participation and residential satisfaction is their will and practice for active participation.
