관계혜택과 관계의 질이 서비스 이용만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지서비스 영역에서 중요시되는 서비스 제공자와의 관계혜택과 관계의 질이 서비스 이용자들의 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 노인복지관 이용자를 대상으로 이들의 일반적 특성과 서비스 이용특성이 관계혜택과 관계의 질에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고 최종적으로 관계혜택과 관계의 질이 서비스 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분석자료는 경기북부지역의 노인복지관 이용노인으로부터 전문면접조사에 의해 수집된 165부이다. 조사결과 관계혜택에서는 노인복지관 이용자들은 사회적 혜택(평균 3.53)을 심리적 혜택(평균 3.45)이나 고객화혜택(평균 3.35)보다 다소 높게 인식하고 있었다. 관계의 질에서는 관계몰입(평균 4.26)을 관계신뢰(평균 4.18 점) 보다 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 서비스 이용만족은 3.75점으로 비교적 높은 수준이었다. 노인 이용자들의 일반적 특성에서는 성별이 이용만족에 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며 관계혜택에서는 사회적 혜택과 심리적 혜택이 이용만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관계의 질에서는 관계신뢰만이 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 노인 복지관 이용자들의 서비스만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 제언을 하였다. 나아가 사회복지서비스 영역에서의 관계의 중요성과 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study is an empirical analysis of the effect of the relationship benefit and relationship quality on service use satisfaction which is important in the field of social welfare service. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the general characteristics and the service utilization characteristics of the elderly welfare center users and the effect of the relationship benefits and the relationship quality on service satisfaction. The analysis data is 165 copies collected by professional interviews from elderly people in the elderly welfare center in northern Gyeonggi Province. According to the results of the survey, the elderly welfare center users perceived social benefit (average 3.53) to be somewhat higher than psychological benefit (average 3.45) or customerization benefit (average 3.35). In relation quality, relationship commitment (average 4.26) was higher than relationship trust (average 4.18), and service use satisfaction was 3.75. In the general characteristics of elderly users, gender showed significant meaningful effects on use satisfaction, and social benefits and psychological benefits had a significant effect on use satisfaction. In the quality of the relationship, only the relationship trust was found to affect the user satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, practical suggestions were made to improve the service satisfaction of the elderly welfare center users. In addition, it suggested the importance and necessity of relationship in social welfare service area.
