수산물먹거리를 통한 해양활동에 대한 실태연구

국문 초록

기존 연구들은 주로 해양관광, 해양물류, 해양문화 등의 측면에서 연구가 되어 왔다. 그러나 수산물을 중심으로 그 의미를 파악하는 연구는 매우 미진하였다. 이유 중에 하나는 아직 수산물의 부가가치와 다양한 파급효과에 대한 중요성의 인식이 미미하기 때문 으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국 수산물 먹거리에 대한 선호도, 섭취필요성, 만족도 등의 다양한 요소에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 다양한 수산물 먹거리에 대한 소비자들의 정보를 획득할 수 있고 향후 나가야할 수산물 정책과 전략을 수립하 는데 일조할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과, 수산물 먹거리에 대한 전반적인 지수는 100점 기준으로 74.9 점으로 나타났다. 또한 수산물 선호도, 섭취필요성 만족도는 74.1, 79.0, 71.7 점으로 각각 나타났 다. 따라서 수산물의 섭취필요성에 따라서 상대적으로 부족한 수산물 만족도를 높이는 방안이 강구 되어야 한다. 이를 위한 전략 방안으로 한국의 수산물에 대한 프렌차이즈 개발, 수산물에 대한 먹거리 안전성 보장, 한국수산물에 대한 이미지 개선 등을 통한 수산물 만족도 향상을 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Previous studies have been mainly focused on marine tourism, ocean logistics, and marine culture. However, research on the meaning of fisheries products was very insignificant. Among the reasons, it is considered that the influence on the distinctive point of differentiation and perception of marine products is still insignificant. The purpose of this study is to understand consumers perception of various factors such as preference, necessity and satisfaction of Korean seafood. This will enable consumers to obtain information on a variety of aquatic foods and contribute to the establishment of future fisheries policies and strategies. As a result of this study, the overall index of aquatic food consumption was 74.9 points based on 100 points. Satisfaction with aquatic products and necessity of consumption were 74.1, 79.0 and 71.7, respectively. Therefore, a measure should be taken to increase the satisfaction of marine products, which is relatively insufficient depending on the necessity of marine products. we can expect to improve the satisfaction of the marine products through development of franchise for marine products in Korea, safety of food for marine products, and improvement of image of marine products in Korea.
