국문 초록

노인요양시설 종사자가 인지하는 업무성 직무만족 및 사회성 직무만족은 정서적 조직 몰입과 지속적 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것으로 연구문제로써 검증하여 유의미한 연구결과를 제시하였다. 첫째, 노인요양시설 종사자들의 정서적 조직몰입을 강화하기 위해서는 업무성 직무만족과 사회성 직무만족을 역할을 검증하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있다. 따라서 직무만족 요인 중에서 업무성 만족 및 사회성 만족 요소의 강화를 통하여 정서적 조직몰입도를 향상시키는 다양한 프로그램 도입이 있어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 노인요양시설 종사자들의 지속적 조직몰입을 강화하기 위해서는 업무상 직무만족과 사회성 직무만족을 역할을 검증하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있으며, 직무만족 요인 중에서 업무성 만족 및 사회성 만족 요소의 강화를 통하여 지속적 조직몰입도를 강화시키는 다양한 프로그램 도입이 필요할 것이다.
