국문 초록

노인복지시설 이용노인의 고독감은 자기효능감의 사회적 효능감 및 자기성취감을 매개로 하여 자살생각을 한층 더 완화시킨다는 것을 연구문제로써 검증하여 유의미한 연구결과를 제시하였다. 첫째, 복지시설 이용노인들의 자살생각 감소를 유도하는데 자기효능감의 하위변인을 세분화하여 사회적 효능감, 자기성취감의 매개적 역할을 검증하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 노인 본인의 자기효능감 강화를 위한 활동 이외에 타인과의 관계 개선 등의 사회적 효능감을 높이는 교육프로그램 등의 노력이 노인들의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는데 있어 새로운 변수에 의한 영향정도를 실증하여 연구의 범위를 넓히는데 일정 부분 기여를 하였다. 둘째, 서울 및 경기지역 노인복지시설 이용노인의 자살생각을 낮추고 자기효능감 수준 향상에 영향을 미치는 독립변인으로써 이용노인들의 일반적 특성을 통제변인으로 처리하고 고독감, 자살생각, 자기효능감을 함께 검토하는 다중회귀분석을 실시함으로써 영향을 미치는 크기와 영향을 미치는 변인을 정확히 판별하고자 하였다. 셋째, 서울 및 경기지역 노인복지시설을 이용하는 노인들은 일상생활에서의 깊은 고독감과 자기효능감이 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 일상생활에 고독감을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 상대적으로 자기효능감은 낮은 상태에서 생활하고 있으며, 이는 자살생각에 까지 이르는 것으로 나타난 가운데 노인복지시설의 운영 및 프로그램 구성에 있어서 심리사회적 요인에 대한 다각적인 연구와 실천을 통해 이용노인의 고독감을 낮추고 사회적 효능감과 자기성취감을 높이는 노력을 복지시설 본연의 기능으로 강화 및 회복시킬 필요성이 있다.

영문 초록

The feeling of loneliness of elderly people using elderly welfare facilities presented meaningful research results by examining the furthering relaxation by thinking about suicide as a mediator through the social hyeonun gum of self and the self - achievement feeling as research problem.
