전북형 혁신미래학교의 발전방안 연구: 초등학교를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 개연적 삼단논법에 근거한 질적 자료 분석을 통하여 전북형 혁신미래학교의 운영 범위를 구체화할 때 적용할 수 있는 최적화된 발전방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 전북형 혁신미래학교의 운영 및 제도개선을 위한 교육과정과 수업 측면의 논의에 초점을 두었다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 초등 혁신학교의 안정적인 정착과 발전을 위해 소규모 학교, 도시형 학교, 교육연계형 학교로 구분하여 중장기적 발전방향을 설정하였다. 또한 법과 제도의 범위에서 학교환경, 교육과정 및 수업, 교사의 역할, 기술 및 인프라 등을 변화시키는 점진적 변화 모델의 개발방향을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 질적 메타분석 방법으로 발전방안의 초안을 구성한 후, 전북지역 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 네 번의 FGI와 여섯 차례의 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 전북형 혁신미래학교의 제도적 자율권을 도출함으로써 발전방안을 마련하였고 그 시사점을 논의하였다. 향후 본 발전방안을 전북형 혁신미래학교에 적용하여 방안의 개선점을 확인함과 동시에 실제적인 효과성을 확인하는 후속 연구가 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide an optimized development plan applicable to the materialization of a management scope for a Jeonbuk-style innovative future school(IFS). The study is done by analyzing qualitative data based on probable syllogism. Here, a development plan refers to a platform in the aspect of curriculums and lessons to designate and run a Jeonbuk-style IFS. The present study set a mid and long-term development direction for small-sized, urban-type, and education-connected schools to materialize, both, the stable settlement and development of a Jeonbuk-style IFS. A development direction was also set for a gradual change model to bring changes to the school environments, curriculum sets and lessons, roles of teachers, technologies, and infrastructure within the scope of current laws and institutions. After making a development draft plan through literature study and qualitative meta-analysis, the investigator conducted four FGIs and six in-depth interviews with field experts in the Jeonbuk region. The results were then used to identify institutional autonomy for Jeonbuk-style IFS, thus contributing to the development plans and discussions about its implications. In the future, there should be a follow-up study to apply this development plan to Jeonbuk-style IFS, checking what should be improved with the model and examining its actual effectiveness.
