미래 워크숍을 활용한 교육대학생의 미래사회 및 직업탐색 프로그램 개발과 적용

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 미래 워크숍을 활용하여 교육대학생을 대상으로 미래 사회 및 직업탐색 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하고, 그 효과성을 검토하는 데 있었다. 이를 위하여 S교육대학교 1학년 교양과목에서 미래 워크숍을 활용한 프로그램을 개발 및 운영하였다. 프로그램의 효과성 을 검토하기 위해 미래 워크숍 사전과 사후에 수강생들을 대상으로 미래 효능감을 조사하고 참여 소감을 받았다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미래 워크숍을 활용하여 학생들의 팀 활동으로 4가지 미래 사회와 직업 세계의 모습을 탐색하는 4시간 분량의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이는 우리나라 교육대학생에게 미래 워크숍 방법을 적용하여 구성했다는 점에서 새로운 시도라는 의미가 있다. 둘째, 미래 워크숍을 적용한 결과 교육대학생들은 4가지 대안 적인 미래 가운데 지속적인 성장사회의 실현 가능성을 가장 높게 보았지만, 현재와 다른 획기적인 발전이 이루어지는 변형사회에 대한 선호도가 가장 높았다. 학생들은 4가지 미래에서 주목받을 직업을 구체적으로 도출하는 것은 어려워하였지만, 그 사회에 필요한 산업 분야와 직업인의 역할에 대해서는 활발하게 논의 하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 참여 학생에 대한 미래 효능 감사 전-사후 조사를 분석한 결과, 학생들의 미래 효능감 수준은 사전보다 사후에 더 높아졌다. 학생들의 프로그램 참여 소감은 미래를 상상하는 활동이 보람 있었고, 팀 활동을 통한 생각의 공유가 의미 있었으며, 그리고 미래에 대한 인식과 준비 행동의 변화를 유발하였다고 보고하였다. 이를 통하여 이 연구에서 적용한 교육 프로그램의 효과성과 적용 가능성을 입증하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 토대로 미래 워크숍을 활용한 미래 사회 및 직업탐색 프로그램의 개발과 적용, 그리고 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the future societies and career exploration program for university students of education by using the futures workshop method, and to investigate the effectiveness of the program. For this purpose, the researcher developed and operated a future societies and career exploration program using futures workshop in one of liberal arts subject at S University of Education. Future self-efficacy survey was conducted for the students at the beginning and end of the workshop. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the researcher developed a 4-hour Future exploration program for university students of education, which included futures workshop to discuss for future societies and career exploration. This is meaningful as a first developed program introducing the future workshop method for university student of education. Second, education college students have the highest possibility of continuous growth society among the four alternative futures, but the most preferred future is the transformative society. The students were able to create the necessary industrial fields and the role of the necessary occupations, although it was difficult to elaborate the job that would be spotlighted in the four alternatives future societies. Third, in the pre and post test of the futures workshop, the level of future self-efficacy of college students increased. Based on the students feedback of participation in the program, future workshop is meaningful sharing of future ideas through team activities, and changes in students’ future perception and readiness behavior. Through this research, the researcher suggested the development and application of the future societies and career exploration program and related research development.
