국문 초록

본 연구에서는 항공서비스전공 대학생들의 자아존중감, 전공만족, 취업불안, 취업준비행동의 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구, 경북 지역의 4년제 항공서비스관련 전공 대학생을 대상으로 총 230부의 설문지를 수집하여 SPSS 22.0 for Windows 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 사회적 자아존 중감은 전공만족의 모든 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인식만족에는 사회적 자아존중감, 개인적 자아존중감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 가정적 자아존중감은 전공 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족 중 교과만족은 취업불안의 개인적 불안에, 수업만족과 관계만족은 환경적 불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공만족요인 모두 취업상담활동에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나 전공만족 중 교과만족은 취업 준비행동 요인 중 정보탐색활동에, 인식만족과 관계만족, 교과만족은 준비계획활동에 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 마지막으로 취업불안은 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들의 전공만족을 높이기 위해서는 자아존중감을 높일 방안을 모 색해야 하며 교육과정개발과 같은 교육적 접근도 필요하다고 보여진다. 또한 전공만족을 통해 학생들의 취업에 대한 불안감을 긍정적으로 관리하여 취업준비행동을 촉진시켜야한다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we wanted to understand the impact relationship of self-esteem, major satisfaction, employment anxiety, and employment preparation behavior flight patterns of university students majoring in aviation services. To meet the objectives of the study, a total of 230 questionnaires were collected from university students majoring in four-year aviation service in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province, and the research theory was verified using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows statistical program. First, the analysis showed that social self-esteem affects all factors of major satisfaction. Social self-esteem and personal self-esteem are shown to have an effect on recognition satisfaction, while home self-esteem does not affect major satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that class satisfaction and relationships have an environmental concern, while employment anxiety is a personal concern. Third, although none of the factors of major satisfaction affected the job consulting activities, curriculum satisfaction showed the impact of information search activity, recognition satisfaction, relationship and curriculum satisfaction on the readiness planning activities among the factors of the job-preparation flight. Finally, employment anxiety has been shown to affect employment preparation behavior. Through this study, it is seen that in order to improve students satisfaction with their majors, they should seek ways to increase self-esteem and take educational approaches such as the development of education courses. It also suggests that students should positively manage their anxiety about employment through their major satisfaction, thus promoting employment preparation behavior.
