스포츠관광 선택속성 요인 도출 및 우선순위 분석

국문 초록

스포츠관광 선택속성과 관련된 포괄적인 접근을 통하여 현재 스포츠관광 산업의 전문가들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 스포츠관광의 경쟁력을 합리적으로 비교·평가 할 수 있는 선택속성 요인을 도출 한 후 우선순위를 결정하였다. 이 연구를 달성하기 위해 2018년 6월 18일부터 11월 23일까지 대상은 국내 16개 시·도 중 스포츠관광 이벤트 개최에 위원으로 활동했던 교수 5명, 스포츠관광 담당부서(체육정책과·체육진흥과·스포츠산업과, 관광사업과 등) 공무원 8명, 공공연구기관 스포츠관광 및 이벤트 전문연구원 3명, 스포츠관광 참여기업 실문담당자 2명 총 18명을 비확률표집(nonprobability sampling)의 하나인 유목적 표집법(purposeful sampling method)을 선정하였다. 분석방법으로는 델파이기법과 계층분석법을 이용하였다. 도출된 스포츠관광 선택속성 상위요인으로는 프로그램, 접근성, 시설, 비용, 안전성, 환경성, 유흥성, 정보제공 등으로 총 8개의 요인으로 나타났다. 하위 요인에 대한 세부항목으로 프로그램은 프로그램 다양성, 안전성, 전문성 순으로 나타났고, 접근성은 목적지까지 소요시간, 교통편, 숙소에서 핵심시설까지 소요시간으로 나타났다. 시설은 스 포츠활동 시설, 숙박시설, 편의시설, 주변 음식시설 순으로 나타났고, 비용은 숙박시설비용, 스포츠시살 사용비용, 장비대여 비용, 부대시설 이용비용, 교통비용 순으로 나타났다. 안전성은 스포츠관광활동 안전성, 치안 안전성, 스포츠관광지 위생상황 순으로 나타났다. 그리고, 환경성은 스포츠 활동 지역의 경관, 기후조건, 전반적인 자연환경 순으로 나타났다. 또한, 유 흥성은 전반적인 즐길거리, 오락기능 제공여부, 유흥의 가능여부 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 정보제공은 스포츠종목에 관한 정보제공, 숙박정보 제공, 먹거리 정보 제공 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to revitalize sports tourism. To accomplish the research, from June 18 to November 23, 2018, the target was five professors who acted as a member of sports tourism events in 16 cities and provinces in Korea, sports tourism department sports policy department, sports promotion 8 public officials, 3 public research institutes, sports tourism and event researchers, and 2 representatives of companies engaged in sports tourism were selected as nonprobability sampling the purposeful sampling method was selected. Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method were used for analysis There were eight factors, such as program, accessibility, facility, cost, safety, environmental, nightlife, information service, etc. The sub - factor was program diversity, safety, and professionality. Accessibility was measured as time to destination, transportation, and time to core facility. The facilities appeared in the order of sports activity facilities, accommodation facilities, convenience facilities, and nearby food facilities. Costs were in the order of accommodation cost sports use cost, equipment rental cost, additional facilities, cost transportation cost. The environmental performance was in the order of the scenery of the sports activity area, the climatic condition, and the overall natural environment. In addition, nightlife shows were in the order of overall enjoyment, availability of entertainment functions, and availability of nightlife. Lastly, information provision was provided in the order of providing information about sports events, providing accommodation information, and providing food.
