만성뇌졸중환자의 운동기능수준과 사회참여의 상관성

국문 초록

본 연구는 만성뇌졸중환자의 운동기능수준과 사회참여의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 뇌졸중으로 진단받고 지역사회에 거주하고 있는 발병 12개월이상 만성뇌졸중환자 74명을 대상으로 운동기능수준은 한글판 Fugl-Meyer (Korean version of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment: K-FMA)를 사용하였고, 사회참여는 사회참여 척도(Korean version of the Reintegration to Normal Living Index: K-RNLI)를 사용하여 조사 하였다. 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였고, 운동기능수준과 사회참여 간의 상관관계분석은 피어슨상관 분석(Person’s correlation coefficient)을 사용하였다. 분석결과 일반적 특성에 따른 운동기능과 사회참여 에서는 운동기능에서는 발병부위와 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<.05), 사회참여에서는 발병유형에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 대상자의 운동기능수준과 사회참여 비교 및 상관관계를 분석한 결과 운동기 능수준 normal, slight, severe에서는 민감성 -.210, -.442, .293으로 낮은 상관관계를 보였으나, moderate, marked에서는 민감성 .667, .643으로 높은 상관관계를 보였다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 만성뇌 졸중환자의 운동기능수준에 따라 중재 방향성을 고려하고, 사회참여를 촉진시켜 지역사회 구성원으 로서의 존재의식을 가지고 자신의 역할을 수행할 수 있고, 삶의 만족도 및 자기효능감을 높여 균형있는 삶을 유지할 수 있도록 해야할 것이다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was conducted to investigate a correlation between motor function level and social participation with chronic stroke. In this study, Korean version of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (K-FMA) and Korean version of the Reintegration to Normal Living Index (K-RNLI) were administered to 74 chronic stroke patients who were diagnosed with stroke and were living in a community for more than 12 months. The SPSS 21.0 was used for the analysis, and the correlation coefficient between the motor function level and the social participation was used. According to the patients’ general characteristics, motor function was related to affected side, and social participation showed a significant difference with respect to the type of lesion (p < .05). The results of the analysis of the motor function level and the social participation correlations showed that motor function level moderate and marked were a significant correlation with the social participation (p<.05). Based on the results of this study, it is possible to consider the intervention direction according to the level of motor function of the chronic stroke patients, to promote their social participation and to carry out their role with a sense of existence as a member of the community, It should be possible to maintain a balanced life.
