교육복지우선지원사업으로 의뢰된 가족을 대상으로 한상호작용 가족놀이치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교교육복지센터에서 ‘교육복지우선지원사업’으로 의뢰받은 가족을 대상으로 하여 상호 작용 가족놀이치료를 통한 두 가족의 상호작용 변화를 심층적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 상호 작용 가족놀이치료는 매주 2회기씩 90분, 총10회기로 구성하였다. 가족 협동화와 가족 집 만들기 사전 -사후 평가를 진행하여 가족의 상호작용 방식의 변화를 살펴보았으며, 매 회기 상호작용 가족놀이치료 과정에서 보이는 활동 내용과 결과물을 수집하여 가족 간 상호작용 변화를 정렬, 종합, 통합, 조직화하는 범주화 과정을 거쳐 분석하였다. 그 결과 가족구성원 간에 부정적인 평가나 비난에서 점차 서로의 의견을 수용하고 반영하는 정서적 상호작용이 촉진되었고, 빈약한 부모역할에서 강화된 부모역할로 부모주도 상호작용이 촉진되었으며, 자녀가 놀이를 주도하는 긍정적 상호작용이 향상되었다. 이런 가족의 변화를 통해 상호작용 가족놀이치료가 학교교육복지센터에서 ‘교육복지우선지원사업’으로 의뢰받은 가족의 상호작용에 긍정적 변화를 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of family interaction through family play therapy with family members who are referred to as ‘Education Welfare Priority Project at school education welfare center. The family play therapy for parent-children interaction of this study consisted of 10 sessions in total, and two sessions per week were conducted for 90 minutes. For evaluation of changes in family’s interaction method, pre-post family play assessment were implemented. In order to analyze the interactions between family members, at each session, activities and outcomes were collected during the family play therapy process for parent-children interaction. The results of the study showed that emotional interactions, which accepts and reflects each other s opinions, were facilitated, parent-lead interactions were promoted with enhanced parental role, and positive interactions were promoted. This change in family can confirm that the family play therapy for parent-children interaction positively changes the interactions of family members who are referred to as ‘Educational Welfare Priority Project at the school education welfare center.
