조리전공 대학생의 지역축제 요리대회 참가 동기와 참가만족은 추후 잠재 관광객으로 재방문의도에 영향을 미칠 것인가?

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역축제 요리대회에 참가하는 조리전공 대학생들이 인지하는 요리 대회 참가동기가 참가만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 참가만족은 다시 학생들이 잠재관광객으로서 재방문의도가 있는지에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 실증연구를 수행하기 위해 확보된 305개의 표본을 바탕으로 연구 모형의 신뢰성, 적합성 등을 검토하였고, 구조방정식을 사용하여 총 4개의 가설을 검증하였으며, 모형의 적합도는 χ2=318.892(df=157), p<.001, CMIN/df=2.031, GFI=.907, AGFI= .875, NFI=.923, TLI=.951, CFI=.959, RMSEA=.058 등으로 조사되었다. 연구결과, 지역축제 요리대회 참가동기는 참가만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 참가만족은 재방문의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 통해 지역축제 요리대회에 참가하는 조리전공 대학생들의 참가 만족도를 상승시켰을 때 잠재적으로 재방문의도에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of motivation to participate in cooking contest on the sense of participation satisfaction and revisit intention. Based on a total 305 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 4 hypotheses with the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit for the data χ2=318.892(df=157), p<.001, CMIN/df=2.301, GFI=.907, AGFI=.875, NFI=.923, TLI=.951, CFI .959, RMSEA=.059. The model’s fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory; thus, it provided a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed the relational motivation to participate in cooking contest had a positive significant influence on participation satisfaction. Also, participation satisfaction had a positive significant influence on revisit intention. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
