중국 수출입 제조기업의 친환경구매, 에코디자인, 친환경 물류와 기업 성과 관계 실증 연구

국문 초록

2017년 지속가능한 구매활동을 권장하는 ISO 20400의 발효와 함께 기업들의 친환경적 구매활동 실행이 가속화될 것으로 예측 되며, 친환경공급체인관리에 대한 관심은 더욱 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 중국 수출입 제조기업들의 친환경공급체인관리 요인 범주를 탐색하여, 친환경구매 요인과 에코디자인, 친환경적 물류 활동 간의 관계를 알아보고 이러한 요소들이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 대상은 친환경공급체인관리의 중요도가 높은 중국의 주강삼각지 지역에 위치한 수출제조기업들로 2017년 10월부터 2018년 8월까지 해당 지역에서 추출된 196부를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 친환경 구매 요인은 에코디자인과 친환경 물류 요인에 양(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 에코디자인 요인은 친환경 물류 요인에 긍정적인 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 친환경 물류는 기업 성과인 환경적 성과와 재무적 성과에 각각 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 친환경 물류 요인은 친환경 구매 요인과 에코디자인 그리고 기업성과로 대표되는 두 개의성과 사이에서 간접 효과를 갖는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 친환경 구매 요인이 에코디자인과 친환경 물류 요인을 거쳐 기업성과로 이어지는 일련의 구조 방정식을 찾아내었으며, 본 연구의 시사점은 기업의 친환경공급체인관리에 있어 친환경 물류 관리요인의 중요도가 높으며, 긍정적인 환경적 성과와 재무적 성과를 가져오기 위해 운송 효율 향상을 위한 창고 및 유통 센터의 위치선정의 전략적 수준 향상을 추구해야한다는 점이다.

영문 초록

With the adoption of ISO 20400, which encourages companies sustainable purchasing activities of companies in 2017, companies are expected to accelerate eco-friendly purchasing activities, and interest in environmentally friendly supply chain management is increasing. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between green purchasing factors, eco-design and green logistics activities by exploring the category of eco-friendly supply chain management in China. We conducted an empirical analysis of 196 samples from Pearl River Delta Province in China from October 2017 to August 2018. As a result of the analysis, green purchasing has a positive effect on eco-design and as well as green logistic factor. Second, the eco-design factor affects positively on green logistic factor. Third, green logistic factor has a positive effect on both environmental performance and economic performance. Green logistics has indirect effects between green purchasing, eco-design and firms’ performance that represented by both environmental performance and financial performance. We found that a set of structural equation in which green purchasing factors lead to corporate performance through eco-design and green logistics factor and the implication of this study is that it is important to manage the green supply chain that focuses on the efficiency of logistics services because the location of warehouse and distribution centers to improve transport efficiency should be improved in order to bring positive environmental and economic results
