국문 초록

본 연구에서는 기존 지적재조사사업 완료지구에 대한 경계결정의 유형을 분석해 보고, UAV를 이용한 현실경계 위주의 경계설정 방안을 제시해보고자 하였다. 2012년부터 2015년까지 사업이 완료된 지구의 경우 현실경계 반영 비율은 전국 평균 69.4%로 비슷한 수준으로 면적증감이 발생되어야 하지만 실제 면적증감 발생률은 43.9%로 낮게 나타났다. 개선방안 제시를 위해 사례지역을 선정하고, 세부적인 경계설정 방식에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 전체 경계선 중 33%만이 현실경계로 결정되어 현실경계의 반영률이 매우 낮게 나타났다. 또한 세계측지계 좌표변환 방식에 의한 경계설정 분석 결과로 좌표변환이 완료된 전체 1,929필지 중 불부합지가 216필지로 확인되었다. 따라서 이상과 같은 분석 내용에 기초해 본 연구에서는 UAV를 이용한 현실경계 위주의 경계설정 방안으로 UAV 정사영상을 이용한 임시경계점표지 설치 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we tried to analyze the type of the boundary demarcation for the existing cadastral resurvey project completion district and suggest a boundary demarcation method based on Actual-based land boundary using UAV. For districts that completed the project from 2012 to 2015, the actual-based land boundary reflection ratio is 69.4%, which is similar to the national average, but the actual land parcel area variation rate is 43.9%. In order to present the improvement, case area was selected and detailed boundary demarcation method was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, only 33% of the actual-based boundaries were determined as real boundaries, and the reflectance of actual-based boundaries was very low. In addition, as a result of the boundary demarcation analysis by the world geodetic coordinate transformation method, 216 cadastral non correspondence of the 1,929 parcels of which the coordinate conversion was completed were confirmed as the parcels. Therefore, based on the above analysis, this study proposed a method of installing a temporary boundary monument using UAV orthoimage as the boundary demarcation method based on the actual-based boundary using UAV.
