국문 초록

본 연구는 취업교육프로그램의 교육성과가 취업성취욕구에 미치는 영향과 취업성취욕구가 직업탐색행동에 미치는 영향 그리고 예비적 직업탐색행동이 본격적 직업탐색행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구의 대상은 대구경북 소재 D대학교 4학년 학생으로서 취업을 위한 회계자격증 취득반 참여자이다. 가설검증을 위해 SPSSWIN 23.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하였고 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 통해 변수들의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확인하였고 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 프로그램의 교육성과가 취업성취욕구에 통계적으로 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 취업성취욕구는 예비적 직업탐색행동에 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하였으나 본격적 직업탐색행동에 통계적으로 유의한 정의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 예비적 직업탐색행동은 본격적 직업탐색행동에 통계적으로 유의한 정의 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 취업절벽시대에 대학에서 실행하고 있는 취업교육프로그램에서 프로그램의 교육성과는 취업성취욕구에, 취업성취욕구는 직업탐색행동에 영향을 주는 주요한 요인임을 검증하였다. 따라서 졸업을 앞둔 대학생들의 성공적인 취업을 위해서 대학들은 취업성취욕구를 향상시키는 프로그램과 개인별로 체계적인 직업탐색관련 프로그램을 동시에 운영할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of educational performance on employment eagerness, the impact of employment eagerness on job search behavior and the impact of preparative job search behavior on active job search behavior. The research subjects were the participants in employment education program for college seniors who were training for acquisition of accounting certification. The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSSWIN 23.0 and AMOS 20.0 The results of the analysis are as follows：First, it was found that the educational achievement of the program had a significant effect on employment eagerness. Second, the employment eagerness did not have an effect on preparative job search behaviors, but had a significant effect on active job search behaviors. Third, the preparative job search behavior had a significant effect on active job search behaviors. The study presents empirical evidence that one of the ways to improve an employment eagerness is to increase the program’s educational performance, and one of the ways to increase job search behavior is to improve employment eagerness. Thus, in order to guarantee college seniors’ successful employment, college should work on programs that facilitate not only employment eagerness but also individuals’ systematic job search behaviors.
