영문 초록

This study was designed to analyze the effects of food styling attributes on plaiting satisfaction and restaurant usage satisfaction.Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to grasp the attributes of food styling that affect the satisfaction of plate and restaurant usage, and to provide marketing basic data to the organizations that study food - related companies and restaurants. For the empirical analysis of this study, questionnaires were surveyed. The sample group participated in the questionnaire surveyed 348 customers who had experience using restaurants. The results of the analysis are as follows.First, food styling attributes had a significant effect on plating satisfaction. Second, food styling attributes had a significant effect on restaurant usage satisfaction.Third, Plating Satisfaction has a significant effect on Restaurant Satisfaction. Therefore the taste is important in the increasing competition of the customers and the desire of the increasing customer, but when the food, the plate and the table setting are made nice, the satisfaction of the plating improves. In addition, the satisfaction of plating can be considered as the final state of the psychological process, which means that it can lead to re-visit by increasing the satisfaction of restaurant usage.
