영문 초록

The local public hospitals in korea provide with the medical safe network for the poor resident and establish the infrastructure of national medical project. Namely, they must make pursuit of the publicity. At the same time, they must pursue the profitability in order to provide the medical service continually. Therefore they must be harmonize the publicity and the profitability. The local public hospitals is administered the three mode in korea : the direct management, local public enterprise and contracting out. It is important to harmonize the publicity and the profitability. This study is to analysis and comparate the Gunsan hospital that is administered the mode of contracting out and the Namwon hospital that is administered the mode of local enterprise. The analysis result is showed that Gunsan hospital is prominent in profitability compared with Nawon hospital and Nawon hospital is superior in publicity and customer satisfaction compared with Gunsan hospital.
