영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present logical and strategic direction for the government functions coordination and integration, targeting wildlife management functions. Toward this end, legal analysis and literature surveys on the utilization of the government functions coordination and integration were carried out by utilizing statistical data and internal sources of the Korea Forest Service as a research method. For this purpose, the study employed network components such as jurisdictions, government functions, policy values and visions. The work tried to describe and analyze the process following those stages. The summary of logical and strategic direction for the government functions coordination and integration are as follows. First, The integration of government functions should be made to integrate management functions with expertise rather than political logic. Second, Reorganization should be matched to the organization and its work for the efficient implementation of government affairs. Third, The government functions coordination and integration should be considered policy values and vision.
