영문 초록

This study aims at analyzing how physical health status, economic stress, and socio-emotional solitude influence the life satisfaction that is important factor of aged life of elderly women. This study surveyed elderly woman participating at 16 the senior welfare center in Chungcheongbuk-do and finally 197 copies were analyzed. The results of study were as follows. First, Factors affecting life satisfaction by general characters of elderly women may be a sufficient asset for the aged; the more sufficient asset have been shown to influence life satisfaction. On the other hand, age, educational standards, average monthly income and the married state didn t affect life satisfaction. Second, next question assume that physical heath as a biological point a view, economic stress and socio-emotional solitude as a socio-psychological point a view was very important factor of life satisfaction, and then analyzed effect of life satisfaction in elderly women. The result was physical health, economic stress and socio-emotional solitude influenced life satisfaction in elderly women. This research may be able to help elderly women prepare for old age, furthermore can be used as a basis to prepare between welfare policy and welfare program development for improving woman seniors quality of life.
