영문 초록

This study that is stands for the traffic in a safe and convenient way to move traffic is to create the conditions. To this end, in January 2005 at the governmental level “traffic moving stands convenience promotion ” was enacted to provide a legal basis through. Thus, state and local governments in 2007 stands a traffic plan should promote mobile access. Accordingly Uiseong mobile stands for convenience transportation enhancement of the 2007 Plan to provide direction and guidance were studied. Recently the rapid aging and municipalities to ensure disabilities, transit-oriented transportation policy and bet stands for mobile convenience is promoting a new effort. Uiseong as a member of its mobile traffic stands to promote expansion of access road to the environment, transportation amenities and transport facilities of expanding community participation and promote the welfare of stands to contribute to the direction of empirical examples and should be improved is presented.
