국문 초록

≪爲吏之道≫는 睡虎地秦簡의 일부분으로 삼으며, 중국에서 처음 발견된 진간이며, 그것들은 중요한 의의를 가지고 있다. ≪爲吏之道≫의 서예 풍격에 대해 말하자면, 그것을 세 종류로 나눌 수 있지만, 필적을 자세히 분석해 보면, 한 사람이 썼다 는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉 무덤 주인인 ‘희’가 다른 시간대에 썼을 것으로 보인다. 우리는 분석을 통해 그것의 서예특징과 아래와 같은 뚜렷한 특징을 발견할 수 있다. 파임과 삐침의 사용, 점의 운용, 필획의 조세 변화 및 가로획의 방향과 취세 등의 특징이 그것이다. 이러한 특징들은 그것이 예서로 변화단계에 있는 대표적인 전 형임을 보여 준다. 문자 내용에 대한 분석을 통하여 우리는 그 중에 유가 경전의 논어나 유가 사상과 유사한 점이 많이 있음을 발견할 수 있다. 이것은 수호지진간이 유가 사상을 인용하고 수용하였음을 반영하는 것이다.

영문 초록

The Weili zhi dao 為吏之道(The Way of Being an Official), as a part of the Qin bamboo slips from Shuihudi 睡虎地(excavated in 1975) documents, is the first discovery of Qin bamboo slips in China, which is of great significance. From the analysis of the calligraphy features of the Weili zhi dao, we can divide it into three styles. But through the careful analysis of its handwriting, I believe that these bamboo slips were probably wrote by one person——Xi 喜, who was the owner of the Shuihudi Tomb. And he wrote these slips in different periods of time. From the analysis of calligraphy features, We can find the following obvious characteristics: the use of right-falling stroke and left-falling stroke, the use of point stroke, the change of stroke weight and the lateral tendency of the characters. These features indicate that the Weili zhi dao was a typical representative in the stage of Libian 隸變(one phase of the changing of calligraphy which evolved from the ancient characters to the Lishu.) From the analysis of the content of its text, we could learn that there are many similarities with the Confucian classics, such as The Analects, and Confucianism. It shows that the introduction and absorption of Confucianism by the Shuihudi documents.
