랫드에서 수은제 투여후 혈중 수은 농도와 심장, 간장 및 신장에서 미토콘드리아 활성의 변화

국문 초록

랫드의 복강내에 체중 100g당 0.025mg의 수은에 해당하는 유기수은 또는 무기수은을 주사한 후 9일간 랫드의 혈중 수은농도와 심장, 간장 및 신장 조직 미토콘드리아 활성의 변화를 조사하였다. 혈중 수은농도는 유기수은 또는 무기수은 투여군 모두 1일후 급격히 상승하였고 유기수은 투여군이 무기수은 투여군의 약 2배의 농도를 보였다. 이후 모든 수은 투여군의 혈중 수은 농도는 저하되기 시작하여 무기수은 투여군은 5일째 대조군의 농도로 회복되었으나 유기수은 투여군은 실험 만료일인 9일째까지도 대조군의 약 10배의 농도를 유지하였다. 혈중 수은 농도의 경시 변화와 함께 측정한 가조직 미토콘드리아 활성은 장기조직에 따라 차이가 있었다. 즉, 유기수은 투여군의 심장조직 미토콘드리아 활성은 혈중 수은 농도의 감소와 상관없이 투여 후 7일째까지 다소 높은 미토콘드리아 활성을 유지하였다.

영문 초록

Mitochondrial activitles of cardiac, hepatic and renal tissue were investigated in rats in terms of the changes of blood mercury concentration during 9 days long after a single injection of methylmercuric chloride(MMC) or mercuric chloride(MC) intraperitonealy(0.025mg/100g BW). Blood mercury levels were elevated distinctly at 1st day after administration of 2 kinds of mercuric compounds but the levels in rats treated with MMC were about twice fold higher than those treated with MC. The blood mercury levels in all treated groups tended to decrease gradually but the levels in rats treated with MC were increased compared to the levels of control within day 5 while those treated with MMC remained elevated as about 10 fold higher levels than controls even at day 9. Changes of blood mercury concentration contributed to a fluctuation of the mitochondrial activities in cardiac, hepatic and renal tissues. The mitochondrial activities of cardiac tissue in rats treated with MMC remained slightly elevated until 7th day. But the mitochondrial activity of heart in a group treated with MC and of liver and kidney in all groups treated with MMC or MC tended to increase slightly as an inverse correlation(heart＞liver＞kidney) against a diminution of blood mercury concentration. An inverse correlation coefficient in rats treated with MC was higher than that in rats with MMC.
