한우 사육장내 salmonella 속균의 존재 관련요인 분석

국문 초록

한우축사내 분변 및 음용수로부터 Salmonella spp.를 분리하고, 균의 분포와 사양관리요인과의 관계를 검토하였다. 사육규모별 Salmonella 분리빈도는 30두 이하(25.0%), 50두 이상(55.6%) 및 30~50두(66.7%)순이었고, 조사한 33개의 축사중 48.5%가 1개 또는 그 이상의 양성시료인 것으로 나타났다. 분변상태에 따른 균 분리율은 설사분변에서 8.7%, 정상분변에서 8.4%로서 거의 비슷한 분포를 보였고, 분리한 14주의 O군 혈청형은 C1군이 51.7%로서 가장 많았고, C군(21.4%), A, B, 및 D군이 각 1균주이었다. Salmonella 분포와 사양관리요인과의 관계를 chi-square test로 각 변수들의 유의성을 측정한 바 사료첨가제사용, 톱밥우상, 개방형 축사 및 번식우축사에서 유의적으로 낮은 균 분리율을 보였고(P＜0.25), 축사 및 음수대 청소, 축사 소독과는 관련이 없는 것으로 인정되었다.

영문 초록

This study was to indentify management factors associated with the presence of Salmonella spp. and determine the prevalence of Salmonella spp. in fecal and drinking water samples of Korean native cattle feedlot. The isolation rates of Salmonella in each herd size were 25.0% in less than 30 heads, 55.6% in more than 51 heads and 66.7% in 31 to 50 heads. Of the 33 pens sampled, 16(48.5%) had one or more positive samples. There was no difference in the incidence of Salmonella spp. between diarrhoeic fecal samples and normal feces. In serogroups of Salmonella spp. isolated, C1 group(57.1%) was most frequency encountered in 14 isolates and following group were C, A, B and D. On the other hand, factors associated(p≤0.25) with reduced likelihood of a pen being positive of Salmonella included use of feed additives, saw dust pen, open type pen and beef-type cows. However, cleaning of pen and water bath and disinfection of pen were not associated with the presence of Salmonella in feces of cattle feedlot.
