자기효능감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 긍정심리자본인 자기효능감이 학습지향성과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구를 목적으로 수행되었다. 지방자치단체 산하기관의 종사자를 대상으로 자기효능감과 학습지향성, 자기 효능감과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식을 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자기효능감은 학습지향성과 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나서 채택되었으며 학습지향성은 자기효능감과 조직몰입 간 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 급변하는 환경에 대응하기 위한 구성원들의 긍정심리자본인 자기효능감은 학습지향성과 조직몰입을 통해 조직성과에 큰 의미가 있을 것임을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted for the purpose of a study on how self-efficacy, positive psychological capital, influences individual learning goals and organizational immersion. An empirical analysis was conducted by an architectural equation to verify the relationship between self-efficacy, individual learning oriented, self - efficiency, and organization immersion of employees of local administrative bodies. The analysis showed that the hypothesis that self-efficacy would have a positive effect on individual learning direction and on tissue immersion was statistically significant and played a parameter between efficacy and tissue immersion. This suggests that the positive psychological capital of members to deal with the rapidly changing environment, self-efficacy, will have great significance for coordination through personal learning and immersion in organizations.
