국문 초록

본 연구는 소상공인의 창업성과에 미치는 요인을 창업가의 심리적 특성과 창업환경, 창업지원제도를 중심으로 하여 분석하려는 것이다. 분석 결과, 창업가의 심리적 특성인 혁신성과 자기결정성, 사회적 책임성 중 혁신성만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 창업 환경인 창업인식, 창업 준비성, 사회적지지 중 사회적 지지 만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 그리고 창업 지원제도인 창업자금, 창업교육, 창업컨설팅 중 창업교육지원만이 창업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 창업을 권장하고 지원하는 정부의 창업지원정책의 개발 측면에서 반영될 수 있는 자료로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the start-up performance of small business owners, focusing on the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, start-up environments and start-up support systems. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only the innovation among the psychological characteristics such as innovation, self-determination and social responsibility, had a significant effect on the start-up performance. Also, it was found that only the social support among the start-up environments such as start-up recognition, start-up preparation and social support, had an effect on start-up performance. In addition, it was proved that only the start-up education support among the start-up support systems such as start-up funds, start-up consulting and start-up education, had a significant influence on the start-up performance. It is expected to be reflected in the development of the government s start-up support policy for encouraging and supporting start-up.
