예비 초등교사의 스마트 교육 역량에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 예비 초등교사가 인식하는 스마트 교육 역량의 교육요구도를 알아보기 위하여 스마트교육 관련 역량의 현재 수준과 중요하게 생각하는 수준간의 차이를 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 교육 요구도의 우선순위를 제시하였다. 이 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실과 심화 예비 초등교사가 인식하는 스마트교육 역량에 대한 현재 자신의 능력 수준으로 리커르트 척도의 3점 정도(보통) 수준 이상으로 모든 역량을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실과 심화 예비 초등교사가 인식하는 스마트교육 역량에 대해 향후 요구되는 능력 수준으로 리커르트 척도의 4점 정도(높음) 수준 이상으로 모든 역량을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Borich의 요구도 공식과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 통한 최종 우선순위를 결정한 결과 1순위로 개발되어야 할 역량은 내용전문성이었으며, 그 다음 순위로 개발되어야 할 역량은 미래교육의 이해, 수업설계 및 개발, 대외협력관계 형성, 테크놀로지 리터러시, 학습자와의 관계형성, 학습 어포던스 조성 등이었다. 이 연구결과를 기초로 하여 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 스마트교육 역량을 신장시켜 주기 위한 체계적인 지원이 요구된다. 둘째, 초등교사를 대상으로 한 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences between the present level and the essential level of smart educational competencies perceived by pre-service teachers majored in the advanced course of Practical Arts education. To do this, a survey was conducted and the priority order of needs was ranked. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the current level of the smart educational competencies recognized by pre-service teachers majored in the advanced course of Practical Arts Education recognized all competencies above the level of 3 points (i.e., normal) of the Likert scale. Second, it was found that the required level of smart educational competencies perceived by pre-service teachers majored in the advanced course of Practical Arts Education was higher than the level of the Likert scale by 4 points (i.e., high). Third, the competencies to be developed in the first place through Borich’s requirements and the Locus for Focus model was content- expertise. The competencies that need to be developed in the next rank were understanding of future education, designing and developing lessons, formation of external cooperation, technology literacy, formation of relationships with learners, and creation of learning affordance. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. First, systematic support is needed to expand smart educational competency. Second, research on elementary school teachers is needed.
