발명지도사 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구는 발명 스토리텔링 기법을 활용하여 지식재산교육에서 아이디어 창출을 전문적으로 지도할 수 있는 발명지도사 양성 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 이를 위하여 ADDIE 프로그램 개발 과정에 따라 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 방과 후 활동에 직접 적용하면서 부분적으로 수정․보완하여 완성하였으며, 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명스토리텔링을 중심으로 하는 발명지도사 양성 프로그램은 발명교육 활성화를 위하여 아이디어 창출 분야의 전문인력 양성에 활용할 수 있다. 발명교육 활성화 지원법(2016. 8. 5)이 마련된 시점에서 이 프로그램은 학교교육에서는 지식재산교육의 창의적 체험활동으로 적용할 수 있으며, 사회교육에서는 평생교육 프로그램으로 적용할 수 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 개발된 발명 스토리텔링의 학습주제는 다양하게 변형하여 적용할 수 있다. 현재 개발 된 48주의 주제는 내용에 있어 6하 원칙이나, 동기-과정-결과-효과의 순서로 기술된 기준으로 스토리텔링이 이루어졌으며, 학습여건에 따라 학습 주제와 내용은 다양하게 변동하여 활용할 수 있다. 셋째, 발명 스토리스텔링을 지도하는 발명지도사는 발명스토리를 구연스토리, 캐릭터스토리로 스토리텔링하는 과정과 방법을 반드시 체득하여야 한다. 이는 발명스토리에서 주제를 찾아 상징성 캐릭터 제작을 하는 방법을 통해 학습자들의 흥미와 학습효과를 높일 수 있기 때문이다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과와 결론에 기초하여 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하면, 발명스토리텔링을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 연수자료를 개발하여 현장에 적용할 수 있도록 하며, 발명지도사의 양성을 공인 자격증으로 전환하기 위한 기초 연구와 실증연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a program to train an intellectual instructor who can professionally teach ideas for intellectual property education, using the invention storytelling technique. In order to achieve the research aim, the Invention Leader Training Program was developed in accordance with the ADDIE program development process. The developed program was directly applied to the after-school activities and the deficiencies were corrected and supplemented. The conclusions of the study are as follows. First, the Invention Leader Training Program focusing on invention storytelling can be used to nurture professional manpower in the field of idea creation to activate invention education. At the time of the establishment of the Invention Education Activation Support Act (Aug. 5, 2016), this program could be applied to creative experiential activities of intellectual property education in school education, and it can be applied to lifelong education program in social education. Second, the subject of the developed invention storytelling can be modified and applied variously. Although the subject of 48 weeks developed is utilized by instructors’ inventions, it can be used variously according to learning conditions. Third, the inventive story teller must learn the process and method of telling the story of the inventive story and the story characters. The invention of storyteller is to find the subject in the invention story and to enhance the interest and learning effect of learners through making symbolic characters. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to study the development of the training materials so that the storytelling of the invention can be easily understood.
