영문 초록

This study aims at reviewing the actual conditions of the land bank system in Korea and examining those ways of land acquisition or land reservation for constructing public infrastructures needed to revitalize the North Korean economy after the reunification. Also, this article studies the current situations of infrastructures in North Korea, and analyzes the possibility of introducing land bank system in North Korea. This paper especially focuses on the current state of roads and railways in North Korea and the future demand for public lands to satisfy what will be needed after the reunification of Korean peninsular in the field of roads and railways. But this paper may have some limitations to collect those data for infrastructures in North Korea, and to predict the future demand for public lands for those infrastructures due to the limited accessibility of information to North Korea. But, this study reveals that by introducing the land bank system in North Korea, it can be easier to secure and manage the appropriate public lands for SOC(Social Overhead Capital) after the reunification of Korean peninsular.
