국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 출현으로 기술창업의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는 요즘 정부와 대학의 창업지원프로그램이 대학생들의 기술창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 대학에서 창업강좌를 수강 중인 450명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하 였다. 연구결과 첫째, 창업지원프로그램은 창업의지와 기업가정신 측면에서는 긍정적 영향을 미쳤지만, 새로운 변수인 4차 산업혁명과 같은 첨단 기술창업 분야에서는 오히려 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 정부와 대학의 창업지원프로그램은 새로운 변화에 적극적 으로 대응하지 못하고 있는 것으로 보여 시급한 보완이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 정책참여자들은 정부차원, 대학차원, 그리고 정부와 대학의 협력적 차원에서 첨단 기술창업을 유도하는 창업지 원프로그램을 더욱 강조하여 개발하고 실행해야 할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of business incubator programs of government and universities on college students’ entrepreneurial intention of technology start-ups. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 450 students who were taking a start-up lecture at universities and analyzed the results. First, the government s business incubator programs positively affected college students’ entrepreneurial intention of technology start-ups, while they had the negative effect on entrepreneurial intentions of high-tech start-up fields such as forth industry. In other words, it may be interpreted that the government and university start-up support programs are not actively responding to the new changes and it is necessary to improve those programs. Most importantly, the start-up support programs, especially in advanced fields such as technology start-ups, may well be sensitive to industry changes, actively incorporating the needed changes.
