농학계열 대학생의 농산업비즈니스창업에 대한 태도와 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 농산업분야에서 이론적으로 본격적인 창업교육이 최초로 시작된 4개 농생명 과학계에 재학하고 있는 대학생들의 농산업창업에 대한 태도와 인식의 정도를 분석하였다. 또한 이들의 태도와 인식이 창업효능감 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 파악하였다. 즉 창업 교육을 통해 농산업비즈니스창업에 대한 태도와 인식의 변화가 창업효능감에 어떻게 영향을 주고 있는가를 심리학의 태도이론을 도입하여 계측하는데 연구 목적을 두었다. 「영농창업특성화 사업」에 참여하는 4개 농업생명과학계 대학의 대학생들의 개인적 환경요인과 창업태도 및 인식 관련 변수들을 종합하여 창업잠재력으로 개념화하였고, 이러한 창업잠재력에 해당하는 각 원인변수들이 창업효능감이라는 결과변수에 미치는 인과관계의 정도를 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 계측하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the university students attitude toward and perception of startup businesses in the agricultural industry. The participants of the study were the students studying at the four agricultural science colleges that started the theoretical startup education for the first time in the domestic agricultural sector. The study investigated the effect of their attitude and perception on the improvement of startup efficacy in the agricultural business. In other words, the purpose of the study was to examine how the change in attitude and perception of the agricultural business startup has an effect on the startup efficacy through the startup education, using the attitude theory of psychology. We conceptualized the startup potential by integrating the personal environment factors and the startup attitude and perception of the students at the four agricultural science colleges, who join in「the characterized project of the agricultural startup」. We analyzed the effect of each causal variable constituting the startup potential on the startup efficacy by utilizing the binary logistic regression.
