영문 초록

This article compares with a Yi Sun Sin(李舜臣) and Wongyun(元均) s leadership that were naval commander at the time of the Imjin War in 1592 time. Previous research recognized Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun by rival relation. But, this article wishes to compare that Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun had some background, and prepared how to War before escaping identification of antagonistic relationships. Two people appear on stage of history with War and disappeared in stage of history with War. But, because role that these show in stage of history is very important, many historians have wished to be interested and study. This article wishes to examine if Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun judge situation how as naval forecs commander and some command power was seen. Through this research, may recognize thing which is more objective about that Wongyun has been recognized contradictorily. Showed Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun various leadership. I wish to examine these leadership in Jangjaeron(장재론) s side. Yi Sun Sin is an intelligent commander and shows countenance of commander with grace in side of military operations. On the other hand, Wongyun shows countenance of intrepid commander. But, Joseon s navy that have disadvantageous military capacity need effort that operate using terrain, and concentrates all military capacity to all operations. When consider situation of this Joseon s navy, Yi Sun Sin has shown more excellent command ability than Wongyun. Yi Sun Sin prepare thoroughly before fight, and tried to take the victory certainly begun campaign. Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun did not slander or compete mutually without reason. Wished to Yi Sun Sin who was a military commander see king performance, requirements, practices in campaign, and receive right estimation. As well as, as commander, Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun wished to receive right reward about effort of followings. Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun should be evaluated more objectively in this side. Crossruff of Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun were attained by complex situation than private ill-coordinated. Of course, immediate cause was a mischief making that Japan enforced. Yi Sun Sin and Wongyun were Joseon s top navy commanders in War conclusively, and two people were faithful to own role. Two people were shown different decision making and conduct because of difference of private capability and identification. Two people received different historical assessment and identification on this account.
