Apply to Organization Development in public Agencies -by R. T. Golembiewski-continuous environment of an Yi, Sun Sin organization and interaction, national crisis conquest and the imjin-waeran leads a main naval, battle of the time to the victory try to arrange the feature of the organization as follows. (1) A open atmosphere and promoting atmosphere for solve the problem at the organization (2) Grand knowledge and ability about status and role so, extend related authority of low system (3) Making trust between group or an individual of the organization (4) A compensation system development which achieves the task of the organization which treats the place. (5) A organization member deeply recognize organization goal.
