보편적 학습 설계에 대한 예비통합교육교사의 인식과 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비통합교육교사의 보편적 학습설계에 대한 인식과 보편적 학습설계를 활용하기 위해 필요한 보편적 학습 설계의 역량과 교육 요구도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 연구 문제를 ‘첫째, 보편적 학습설계에 대한 예비 통합교육교사의 인식은 어떠한가?’, ‘둘째, 보편적 학습설계에 대한 예비 통합교육교사들의 교육요구가 높은 것은 어떤 것인가?’, ‘셋째, 보편적 학습설계에 대한 예비통합교육교사들의 소속에 따라 교육요구도 우선순위는 차이가 있는가?’로 선정하였다. 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 예비 통합교육교사 253명을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비통합교육교사들은 현재의 교육과정이 다양한 학습자를 고려하고 있지 않고 있으며, 보편적 학습설계에 대한 인식 수준도 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비통합교육교사들의 보편적 학습 설계의 요인에 대한 교육 요구도는 학습방법을 위한 옵션 제공 요인에 대한 교육 요구의 우선순위가 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 언어를 위한 옵션 제공, 학습 내용을 위한 옵션 제공의 순 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보편적 학습설계에 대해 예비통합교육교사의 소속에 따른 교육 요구도에서는 학습 방법을 위한 옵션 제공, 언어를 위한 옵션 제공, 학습 내용을 위한 옵션 제공이 상위 4위 안에 공통적으로 포함되어 있는 요인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers’ perception of universal learning design, and examined their competences of universal learning design required for utilizing universal learning design and their education needs. For these research purposes, this study set as research questions ‘firstly, how is preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers’ perception of universal learning design’ ‘secondly, what are the education needs with higher priority that preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers have for universal learning design’ ‘thirdly, there is any difference in their priority of education needs according to background variables of preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers for universal learning design.’ To solve these research questions, this study conducted a survey research on the subjects of 253 preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers. Following are the results of this study: First, it is found that preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers don’t see that the current curriculum has no concerns of various learners and that their perception level for universal learning design is low. Second, as for the education needs for factors of universal learning design of preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers, it is found that the priority of education needs for option supply factors of learning methods was highest, and followed by that, option supply of languages, option supply of learning contents, option supply of perceptivity, option supply of learning materials, option supply of information support, option supply of interests, and option supply of technologies in that order. Third, as for their education needs according to associated institutions of preliminary collaborative inclusive education teachers for universal learning design, it is found that the factors such as option supply of learning materials, option supply of languages and option supply of learning contents are commonly included in the upper four groups.
