국가기준점 시계열 연계방안 연구

국문 초록

오늘날 건설현장에서 다양한 측량이 시행되고 지형공간정보의 취득이 활발히 이루어지는 가운데 공사용 도면 작성이나 측량을 위한 국가기준점 수요가 점차 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기준점에 대한 수요를 감안하며 국가기준점 성과를 안정적으로 관리하고 온라인을 통해 일반인이 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 최신의 국가기준점 이력정보와 구 성과표 이력정보의 시계열 분석을 통해 객관적이고 합리적인 연계 프로세스를 도출하였다. 시계열 연계를 위해 우선 과거 국토지리정보원에서 서비스를 했던 국가기준점 메타데이터 분석을 통해 데이터 프로파일을 작성하고 서비스 중요도에 따라 시계열 필수항목과 선택항목으로 분류하였다. 분류된 항목은 현재 국토정보플랫폼에서 제공하는 삼각점 및 수준점 조서항목과 비교분석을 통해 시계열 연관성 및 서비스를 위한 연계 항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 연계 방안은 향후 국가기준점 제공 업무에 적용하여 다양한 국토정보의 대국민 서비스 통합, 유관기관 정보 상호연계 및 공간정보 업무 효율성 향상에 기여 하고자 한다.

영문 초록

As various surveyings are done and geospatial information is actively acquired in current construction sites, demands of national control points for making or surveying of constructional floor plan are gradually increased. Therefore, this researcher drew objective and rational connective process through analysis on recent history of national control points, history of past performance and time series so as to consider demands of control points, manage performances of national control points stably, and let general people use conveniently by online. For time series analysis, through the analysis on meta data of national control points whose service was provided by national geographic information institute, this researcher firstly wrote data profile and divided into essential items and selective items by service importance. The divided items drew connective items for time series connection and service through comparative analysis with triangulation point and benchmark reported items provided currently by land information platform. The drawn connective measure should be applied to future work of national control point provision so as to contribute to national service combination of various land information, mutual connection of relative institution information, and improvement of working efficiency of spatial information.
