국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사의 생활스트레스, 회복탄력성, 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 알아보고, 예비보육교사의 생활스트레스와 회복탄력성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 대전지역 대학의 유아교육과와 아동보육과에 재학 중인 예비보육교사 239명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 수집된 자료의 처리는 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비보육교사의 생활스트레스와 회복탄력성은 부적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 생활스트레스와 심리적 안녕감이 부적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감이 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 생활스트레스가 높을수록 회복탄력성은 낮아짐을 의미하고, 생활스트레스가 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 낮아짐을 의미하며, 회복탄력성이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감은 높아짐을 의미한다. 둘째, 예비보육교사의 심리적 안녕감에 예비보육교사의 생활스트레스와 회복탄력성은 영향을 주는 예측변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among life stress, resilience, psychological well-being, to investigate some effects of preliminary child care teachers life stress and resilience on their psychological well-being. To this end, survey was conducted to 239 preliminary child care teachers enrolled at departments of early childhood education and child care education. The reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis of collected data can be summarized: First, there are negative correlations between preliminary child care teachers life stress and resilience, between life stress and psychological well-being, whereas there is a positive correlation between resilience and psychological well-being. these mean that the higher the life stress, the lower the resilience, and that the higher the life stress, the lower the psychological well-being. Second, preliminary child care teachers life stress and resilience are predictive variables that affect their psychological-wellbeing.
