영문 초록

The international-scale labour migration is frequently interpreted in the meaning of a development aids by an employer society today. This is the opinion that is centered in the profits which workers obtain mainly. In particular, since 1961, as the official relationship of the development aids between Korea and Germany progressed at the same time with the labour migration went to Germany since the 1960s, and thereby Korea and labour emigrants were a kind of beneficiaries and Germany acquired the qualification of the development supporter in this discourse. But the labour migration began before the relationship of the official development aids, and in fact the official relationship of the development aids justify the purpose of securing the manpower for a person and an institution or an employer that help labour emigrants in Germany. Of course, this recognition has aspects of the observation and supervision for social, political and religious dimension as the review purpose for a proper progress of he development aids . However, in spite of this relationship and justification, the their purposes of relieving labour shortage from Koreans were never overlooked in this history.
