국문 초록

경영의 국제화로 현대 기업들은 세계적인 초우량 기업과 경쟁하기 위하여 합리적인 자금조달 및 투자를 통해 경영 효율성을 극대화해야 한다. 세계화와 전문화로 대변되는 현대 기업은 경영의 기본 패러다임을 기업가치 제고를 위한 경영관리, 기술개발, 성과평가시스템 등으로 혁신해야만 한다. 본 연구는 기업가치를 측정할 수 있는 평가모형을 도출하기 위해 요인분석을 실행한 결과, 기업가치는 재무제표의 회계정보와 기타정보 간에 상관성이 매우 높다는 연구 결과가 도출되었다. 재무제표의 회계정보는 총자산, 매출액, 당기순이익 등이 핵심 변수이고, 기타정보는 기업의 특성을 감안한 변수를 추가하여 검증하면 회계정보와 함께 추가적으로 기업가치 상관성을 제고하는 것으로 검증되었다. 다중회귀분석에 의한 본 연구의 검증 결과, 회계정보인 총자산, 매출액, 당기순이익 모두 기업가치와 양(+)의 상관성을 가지면서 1% 수준에서 유의한 것으로 분석되었고, 평균외국인지분율, 자기자본증가율, 잉여현금흐름 등의 기타정보도 양(+)의 상관성을 가지면서 1% 수준에서 유의성이 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구의 검증 결과, 재무제표의 회계정보와 기업의 특성을 감안한 기타정보는 기업가치를 결정하는 유용한 정보임이 검증되었다.

영문 초록

Globalization of management led modern firms to enhance management efficiency through effective investment and establishment of rational finance strategy in order to compete against multinational enterprises. Modern firm symbolized by globalization and specialization should innovate its business paradigm to management, research and development(R&D), evaluation system and so on, to fortify their firm value. This study has been proceeded to draw an evaluation model for measuring firm value. The factor analysis verified that firm value is highly correlated with accounting information in the financial statements and other information. Among accounting information in the financial statements; total assets, sales and net profit are the prime variables that determine firm value. Also, when measuring firm value, adding other information regarding certain firm’s characteristic along with the prime accounting information appeared to elevate the correlation rate. The result of multiple regression analysis showed the prime accounting information(total assets, sales and net profit) and other information, such as average foreign investor ownership, return of equity, free cash flow etc., have positive correlation with firm value and are significant around 1% level. Throughout the study, accounting information in the financial statements and other information which reflects company’s character are proven as significant information that determine firm value.
