국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ERP시스템 도입 후 변화관리와 성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과, ERP시스템 도입 후 변화관리와 성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용 모두 기업성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 ERP시스템 도입 후 변화관리와 기업성과 간의 관계에서 성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용의 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용과 기업성과 간의 관계에서 정보화 역량의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기업성과 향상이라고 하는 ERP시스템의 도입 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 ERP시스템 도입 후 운영단계에서의 변화관리와 성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용이 무엇보다 중요하다는 사실을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기업의 성과는 특정 시스템의 운영으로 나타나는 결과가 아니라 여러 시스템과 프로세스의 상호보완적 운영의 결과로 나타난다는 것을 말해준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of change management after implementation of ERP system and the interactive use of performance measurement system to a firm performance. As a result, it was found that both the change management after ERP system implementation and the interactive use of the performance measurement system had a significant influence to the firm performance. In addition, after the implementation of the ERP system, there was a mediating effect of the use of the performance measurement system in the relationship between change management and firm performance. However, it has been found that there is no moderating effect of IT capability on the relationship between performance measurement systems and firm performance. The results of this study indicate that the performance of a company is not a result of the operation of a specific system but a complementary operation of several systems and processes. In order to achieve the purpose of implementation of the ERP system, which aims at the improvement of the enterprise performance, it is demonstrated that the change management after the ERP system implementation and the utilization of the interactive use of performance measurement system are more important than anything else.
