학생부종합전형에 관한 고등학교 교사의 인식 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학생부종합전형에 대한 고등학교 교사의 인식을 분석하기 위해 대입환경 인식, 학생부종합전형 운영, 학생부종합전형 평가 요소의 적절성에 관한 설문 조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 대입사전예고제와 대입전형간소화에 대해서는 긍정적인 인식이 다소 많았으며, 논술위주전형, 실기위주전형, 수능위주전형보다 학생부위주전형이 사교육의 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 인식하였다. 또 학생부위주전형이 고등학교 교육과정의 정상적인 운영에 가장 많은 도움이 되며, 특히 학생부종합전형은 비교과활동의 활성화, 학생 참여 수업, 수업 분위기, 고교 진로지도, 고교 교육과정 운영, 학교생활기록부 작성, 자기주도적인 학습습관 형성 등에도 바람직한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하였다. 학생부종합 전형의 평가 요소의 적절성에 대한 인식 분석 결과, 학생부 비교과영역과 면접, 학생부교과영역, 자기소개서에 대해서는 대부분 적절하다고 인식한 반면, 추천서는 부정적으로 인식하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 정책제언은 우선 일선 고등학교는 수능위주의 교육과정 운영에서 벗어나 학생부종합전형에 대처할 수 있는 다양하고 융통성 있는 교육과정을 운영해야 하며, 생활기록부를 공정하고 객관적으로 기록하고 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 또한 대학은 투명하고 공정한 평가시스템을 구축하고, 수능최저기준을 완화하거나 그 대상을 축소해야 하며, 정부는 입시정책을 결정할 때 교육현실을 고려하면서도 교육의 본질적인 측면을 고려하여 결정해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of high school teachers about the comprehensive evaluation system of high school life records for university admission. As a result of the analysis, it was recognized that there was a positive perception about the pre-notice of university admission system and simplification of admission to university, and that the admission to universities centered on school records was less affected by private tutoring than other university admission systems. In addition, the university entrance examination centered on the school life record is most helpful for the normal operation of the high school curriculum. In particular, comprehensive evaluation system of high school life records has an impact on extracurricular activities, student participation classes, class atmosphere, high school career guidance, making life history records and forming self-directed learning habits. As a result of the analysis of the appropriateness of the comprehensive evaluation system of high school life records, most of them perceived as appropriate, whereas the recommendation letter by teacher was negative. The policy recommendations derived from this study are as follows. Firstly, the high school should operate a diverse and flexible curriculum that can cope with comprehensive evaluation system of high school life records for university admission, and establish a system to record and manage the life records fairly and objectively. Secondly, the university should establish a transparent and fair evaluation system, and reduce the minimum standard of the SAT. Finally, the government should respect the position of students, parents, teachers and university officials, and should decide education policy, especially admission policy, in consideration of educational desirability.
