한중 무역변화에 대한 한중 FTA 발효효과 분석 ― 전자기기산업을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한중 FTA발효 이후 한중무역의 변화와 추세변화 그리고 회귀분석을 통하여 한중 FTA의 효과를 분석하였다. 관세의 즉시철폐 품목이 상당수 포함되어있는 HS코드 8 5의 전자기기 및 부품들이라는 산업분야를 통해 분석하였다. 무역액 증감과 추세분석 결과 즉시철폐 품목 중 상당수가 한중FTA 발효이후 대 중국수출 추세가 감소하는 것으로 나타났 고, 수입 역시 상당수 감소세로 전환되었다. 반면 회귀분석을 통한 실증분석에서는 즉시철폐 품목들이 대체적으로 긍정적인 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났고, 한중FTA의 발효를 기점으로 분석한 더미변수는 수출과 수입에 모두 마이너스의 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 관세철폐로 얻어지는 무역증가의 효과를 관세이외의 변수들이 상쇄시키는 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In this study, after the Korea-China FTA came into force, the effect of the Korea-China FTA was analyzed through changes in the Korea-China trade, changes in trends and regression analysis. It analyzed through the industrial field that it is electronic equipment and parts of HS Code 85 which contains a considerable number of items for immediate elimination of tariffs. As a result of the trend analysis, it was found that, except for the memory of HS Code 854232 among the items of immediate elimination of the Korea-China FTA, all the export trends of China declined after the Korea-China FTA came into force. And items of HS Code 854233 (Amplifier) and 854239 (Others) showed that the export trends declined and the income turned to an increasing trend. But empirical analysis through regression analysis showed that only HS Code 854233 (Amplifier) has a negative impact on China s exports. As a result of the analysis, the change in the trend of Korean and Chinese trade turned into a downward trend. Meanwhile, after the FTA came into effect, the items for immediate and immediate tariff elimination through regression analysis were able to obtain conflicting results that are displayed as an increasing effect on Korea / China trade. We were able to obtain a conclusion that variables other than tariffs offset the effect of the increase in trade obtained by the elimination of tariffs.
