장학의 효율적 지원을 통한 평가·전문성개발의 통합 모델에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육정책의 최종 집행자인 교사의 전문성개발과 교원평가를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안을 장학을 중심으로 모색하였다. 교원능력개발평가제도의 목적이나 취지는 장학과 평가 교원전문성개발을 위한 통합방안이 될수도 있으나 여러 가지 문제가 잇따르면서 개선을 위한 논의가 발생하고 있다. 장학과 교원평가는 교육의 질 또는 수업의 질 향상을 통한 학생의 경쟁력 향상을 목표로 하므로 교원의 전문성 신장을 위한 일상의 수업공개회와 수업평가를 지원할 수 있는 전문 장학직으로 구성된 장학지원센터가 구축․운영되어야 한다. 도교육청 직속기관내에 장학지원센터의 설치와 운영을 장학․평가․전문성 개발의 효율적인 지원을 위한 통 합 모델로 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study was finding the effective way, supervision as centered to support development of teacher’s professionalism and teacher evaluation. The purpose and intent of Teacher Expertise Development can be the integrated plan among the supervision, the evaluation and the development of teacher’s professionalism. Bet, various problems being occurred, there are needed the discussion of improvement. By the reason supervision and teacher evaluation are aim to enhance competitiveness of student and quality of teaching, we should hold routine demonstration classes for the development of teacher’s professionalism. And we need support for supervision with the professions who can support class evaluation. So I propose the installation and operation of direct support center for supervision in provincial education offices as an integrated model. That model is for the effective support to supervision, evaluation, development of professionalism.
