국문 초록

본 연구에서는 사회적기업의 비즈니스모렐특성과 기업성과 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 파악해 보았다. 연구결과 비즈니스모웰을 구생하는 가치제안 요소언 목표고객, 가치제공볼과 가치창출 요소언 자원 및 핵섬역량, 내부 가치사슬, 외부 가치네트꿔크 그리고, 가치확보 요소인 수익모형, 비용구조, 성장원리, 혁신지향생 등의 활동이 사회적 기업의 사회쩍 성과와 경제적 성과에 영향을 주논 것으로 확인되었다, 연구의 컬과는 비즈니스포텔 특성이 사회적기업의 성과에 영향을 준다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 즉 사회쩍 기엽은 비즈니스모델을 구체화하고 비즈니스모델을 실행하여 사회척, 경제적 성과를 창출해야한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we know that there is relationship between the social enterprise businessmodel characteristics and corporate performance. From the result in this study, Businessmodel characteristics were identified as affecting the social performance and economic performance of social enterprise, the business model elements, target customers, provide valuable things as value proposition, resource and core competencies, internal value chain, external value networks as value creation, revenue model, cost structure, principles of growth, innovation orientation as securing value. From the results, has implications in terms of the business model characteristics will affect the performance of social enterprises. We will need to create social, and economic performance of social enterprise by running the business model and refine the business model.
