영문 초록

Recently in Korea employment growth is decreasing because of global economic risk and economic growth without employment and consequently unemployment among youths becomes significant. To resolve these unemployment issues, the government started to support New Businesses started by youths, and Small and Medium Business Administration supported 25 billion won to ‘Support of New Businesses of Incubation Leading Universities’ in 2013. It supported the whole course of starting a new business focusing on 18 incubation leading universities in Korea and encouraged to start a new business. However, there are many cases of failure and hesitance because of difficulties in acquiring incubation information, difficulties in funding, commercialization of technology and marketing, and fear for failure. Currently, Small and Medium Business Corporation introduced young adult businessmen corporate management mentoring scheme and have operated a mentoring system between incubation business and already existing businesses to increase the success rate of new businesses. The purpose of this study was to identify the function of incubation mentor which could be a practical help to new business and the effects of innovative leadership on capacity of business founders and entrepreneurial spirit. Questionnaires included 4 measurement elements such as functions of incubation mentor, innovative leadership, capabilities of founders and entrepreneurial spirit. The survey was performed on mentors and mentees who participated in Young Adult Businessmen Corporate Management Mentoring in Daejeon and Chungnam for 22 days from April 23 to May 14 and the result was analyzed using SPSS program. To summarize study results, it was found that the function of incubation mentor and innovative leadership affected the capabilities of founders and entrepreneurial spirit.
