예비교사의 실과 성취기준 인식요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 성취기준의 이해와 활용을 중심으로 하는 예비교사교육이 이루어지는데 도움이 되도록 예비교사들의 실과교과 성취기준에 대한 인식을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 예비교사들의 실과 성취기준에 대한 요인분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요인분석 결과 총 6가지의 요인을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 요인들은 각각 기술, 가정으로 구분되어져서 나타난 것이 아니라 별도의 특징을 가지고 함께 혼합되어 나타나는 경우도 있었다. 둘째, 6가지의 요인은 각각 ‘나에 대한 이해와 자원의 관리’, ‘소프트웨어와 로봇, 수송기술’, ‘의생활과 식생활’, ‘동ㆍ식물 기르기’, ‘가정 일과 생활 관리’, ‘지속가능한 미래와 발명’으로 명명하였다. 셋째, 요인별 남녀 비교에서 ‘소프트웨어와 로봇, 수송기술’의 경우 여자 예비교사의 중요도가 낮게 나타나고 있었다. 따라서 여자 예비교사의 경우 소프트웨어, 로봇, 수송기술 등을 교육할 때 배려가 필요하다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학습자가 인식하는 관점에 맞추어서 교육이 이루어져야 할 필요성이 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze the recognition of preliminary teachers’ achievement standards for the subject of practical arts in order to help preliminary teacher education which is centered on the understanding and application of achievement standards. For this, we used factor analysis and the results were as follows: First, six factors were identified. These factors did not appear to be exactly derived from technology and home economics, but they included a mix of various separate characteristics. Second, six factors were named as ‘Understanding of me and management of resources’, ‘New technology education subject’, ‘Closing and diet’, ‘Raising of animal and plants ’, ‘Home work and life management’ and ‘Sustainable future and invention’. Third, in the case of new technology education subject , the importance of female preliminary teachers was low when compared with that of male teachers. Therefore, more attention toward female preliminary teachers is needed when educating about software, transportation technology and robots. Based on these results, there is a need for education to be tailored in accordance with the perspectives recognized by learners.
