전문대학생의 성취목표지향성과 고용가능성의 관계에서 직업기초능력의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 주요 목적은 전문대학생의 성취목표지향성이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향관계에서 직업기초능력의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 D대학교 재학생 603명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 성취목표지향성 하위변인 중 숙달접근목표는 고용가능성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수행접근목표, 숙달회피목표, 수행회피목표는 고용가능성에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직업기초능력은 고용가능성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수행접근목표와 수행회피목표는 고용가능성과의 관계에서 직업기초능력이 완전매개효과를 지니는 반면 숙달접근목표는 고용가능성과의 관계에서 직업기초능력이 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 전문대학생들이 취업 준비과정에서 직업기초능력을 배양하면 고용가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 점과 성취목표지향성을 고려한 직업기초능력 관련 교과 및 비교과 프로그램을 개발ㆍ운영할 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of occupational basic competency on the relationship between achievement goal orientation and perceived employability. For this purpose, a self-report questionnaire survey was conducted on 603 students at D college located in Daegu. The results of this study were as follows: First, the mastery-approach goal had a direct influence on perceived employability, and the performance-approach, performance-avoidance, and mastery-avoidance did not directly affect perceived employability. In addition, vocational basic competency had a direct effect on employability. Second, the performance-approach and the performance-avoidance were found to have a perfect mediating effect on the occupational basic competency in relation to perceived employability, while the mastery-approach had a partial mediating effect on the occupational basic competency in relation to the perceived employability. These results suggests that college students have a positive effect on perceived employability when they cultivate their vocational basic competency in preparation for perceived employment, and colleges need to develop a teaching-learning model of vocational basic competency and career-related programs based on achievement goal orientation.
