This study would look into the development property such as housing site development district completed in Daegu, area and price of land by lots of detached housing area, number of developed floor of building, width of contact area and number of contact area, household type of lot, location of lot in household and through the analysis of relation between them and number and share of neighboring living facility per building, it would suggest basic materials on development plan of detached housing area to be considered when establishing district unit plan later after grasping location feature of neighbourhood living facility based on the elements affecting neighbourhood living facility invasion of Detached housing area within housing site development district. The study result can be summarized as follows. First, as the area increased in lot, the number and share of neighbourhood living facility per building increased and decreased. Second, as the price of land increased, the number of neighbourhood living facility and share per building was increasing. Third, as the number of floors of building, unlike our expectation, the share of neighbourhood living facility per building was decreasing although the number of neighbourhood living facility per building was not affected statistically. Fourth as the contact width and contact number increased, the number and share of neighbourhood living facility per building; on the road of under 15m, 12m road was relatively preferred for the location of neighbourhood living facility. Finally, with respect to household pattern the lot is contacted to and location within household, as expected, it was statistically verified that 1 row household or 3 rows household rather than 2 rows household, out-of-household location rather than in-household location increased the number and share of neighbourhood living facility.
