영문 초록

Number of 1-2 person households recently increased continuously, the demand for small housing is increasing rapidly, but the small house feed rate in urban areas has declined rather. In order to meet the demand of small houses in response to changes in the social structure such as this, the government has implemented the introduction of Muliti-family dwlling of studio-type system of the new living arrangement from 2009. Construction the number of households increased steadily until now by the deregulation of various types, but the side effects associated with deregulation, lack of parking space, a variety of problems, such as housing performance degradation has emerged. Therefore, in this study, to understand the Influential factors of attachment and the degree of satisfaction of housing for the actual residents of urban life housing was built to date of Daegu Metropolitan City, because of measures to improve the development of urban life housing I try to present the policy implications and materials.
