아동·부모용 창의적 문제해결 유형 검사의 적용 가능성에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 Basadur 외(1990)의 ‘창의적 문제해결 유형 검사(CPSP)’를 재구성하여 우리나라 아동과 부모를 대상으로 실시한 후 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 탐색함으로써, 그 적용 가능성을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 검증하려고 한 검사는 경험, 아이디어 생성, 사고, 평가의 네 가지 요인으로 구성된 총 25문항의 아동의 자기평가 척도(CPSP-KC)와 부모평가 척도(CPSP-KP) 두 가지였다. 서울시와 인천광역시에 거주하는 초등학교 6학년 아동 248명과 그들의 부모를 대상으로 두 검사를 실시한 결과, CPSP-KC는 낮은 신뢰도와 함께 확인적 요인분석으로 검사한 구성타당도가 적합하지 않은 것으로 판명되었다. 그러나 CPSP-KP는 신뢰도가 양호하고, 적합도도 기준에 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 부모-자녀 간의 반응 일치도는 높지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to investigate whether one of the most widely researched models of creative style, the Creative Problem Solving Profile (CPSP) (Basadur, Graen & Wakabayasi, 1990) was acceptable to a sample of Korean children. Therefore, both the Creative Problem Solving Profile for Korean children (CPSP-KC) and the Creative Problem Solving Profile for Korean Parents (CPSP-KP) were developed. The 25 items were included in 4 components of experience, ideation, thinking, evaluation. The subjects of this study were 248 children, 132 males and 116 females, and their parents. Results showed support for reliability and validity of the CPSP-KP that the parents responded. However, the CPSP-KC which the children answered had low reliability and validity. The degree of agreement in the creative styles based on the responses between children and their parents was also investigated. In conclusion, this study provided educators and parents with useful information to understand children’s creative styles. Ultimately, by applying and putting the CPSP-KP into use, adults will be able to lead children into realization of the potential they possess.
